Hearthstone took the land from a raw pasture to 42 lots with City water, sewer, natural gas, paved 2-lane streets, stacked stone gated entrance, waterfalls, ponds stocked with fish, walking trails, underground power and HOA established.

Construction Cost: $1.35 million

Total at sellout: $4 million
